Job Summary

The Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) 3 Program Management Office oversees execution of the largest services-only ID/IQ in IC history. Members of this high visibility team help manage vehicle execution and partner with end customers to develop procurement strategies for crafting requirements into task orders. Team members further identify and help implement innovative approaches to reducing procurement lead time.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • All personnel shall be highly proficient in using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Experience and Education

  • Must have at least 10 years’ experience with program management, requirement development, and contract execution.

  • Must have solid knowledge of services contracting with RFP development, especially Sections C, L, and M as well as source selection.

  • Desired experience includes Government contractor capture management.

Job Summary

The USCENTCOM JIOC requires intelligence planner support to produce and deliver timely analytic reporting through use of intelligence enterprise systems, tools, capabilities, research methods, and organizations. Selected analysts will have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and USCENTCOM Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan). All-Source Analysts will have and maintain the ability to gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas: Analysis, Production, Application and Dissemination - Current and Term, Daily Production, Graphics and Visual Information, Write for Release, Current Intelligence Support, Political/Military, Terrorism, Human Terrain/Socio-Cultural, Geospatial Intelligence, Compromise Mitigation Support, Open-Source, Order of Battle, Target Intelligence Analysis, Target Materials Analysis, and Target Discovery and Network/Systems.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, OR
    Specialized training and 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience and recent equivalent intelligence/academic experience.

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Counter Espionage Division (CED) requires Senior CI Specialists to detect, identify, and disrupt threats from foreign intelligence entities (FIE), insiders, and terrorists targeting defense interests. Selected CI Specialists will provide expert counterintelligence advice and assistance in the accomplishment of the mission in a wide-range of counterintelligence activities, including comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations on threat issues.

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.

Job Summary

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Counter Espionage Division (CED) requires TSCM specialists who have recent and relevant experience supporting the IC and/or DoD. Candidates will be responsible for assisting with the management and implementation of the agency's TSCM program, including support to the agency's TEMPEST, SCIF, IDS, and video surveillance accreditation programs. Candidates will draft written correspondence to include facility file reports, cable messages, approvals, status/technical briefs and inspection reports. Candidates will also provide comprehensive, risk-based technical security advice, guidance, and general CI/Security support to program offices and contractor facility security offices under the supervision of the Government.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • All personnel shall be highly proficient in using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

 

Experience and Education

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.

  • Must have successfully completed TSCM training at the Interagency Training Center (ITC).
